- 자세한 질문 내용: 아바다 테마 설치 중에 빌더 플러그인이 활성화가 되지 않아 문의드립니다.

정상으로 파일 다운로드 받아서 라이센스 등록이랑 설치까지 정상적으로 완료했는데, 계속 빌더 플러그인 활성화에서 문제가 생깁니다.

경로를 따라가봤는데, helpers라는 폴더 경로가 생성이 안되는 것 같은데 정확한 이유를 모르겠습니다. 문제로 확인되는 65줄도 확인해보니 똑같이 helpers라는 경로로 시작되는 파일 이름이 나열되어있습니다.

정상적으로 설치가 안되는 듯 하여 워드프레스를 3번 초기화하고 재설치만 4번째입니다만 계속 동일한 현상이 나타납니다.

다운로드 받은 설치파일에 문제가 있나 싶어 아바다 설치파일도 다시 받아봤지만 똑같네요 ㅠㅠ

이 오류는 조금 살펴보니 파일이 누락(Missing)되어 나타날 수 있다고 하네요.

먼저 웹호스팅 용량(디스크 공간)이 부족하지 않은지 체크해보시겠어요?

만약 카페24의 최저가형 상품(월 500원짜리)을 사용한다면 업그레이드할 것을 권장합니다. 최저가형을 사용할 경우 이미지를 조금 업로드하면 금방 디스크 공간이 소진될 수 있습니다.

호스팅 용량이 충분한 상태에서도 이 문제가 나타난다면 Avada에 지원을 요청해보시기 바랍니다.

이외에도 PHP 환경이 아바다에서 제시하는 설정값보다 낮지 않은지도 체크해보세요. (이 상황에서는 이 문제는 아닌 것 같지만 PHP 메모리 설정값 등이 낮은 경우 아바다 테마가 제대로 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.)
